Public Safety's records-inspection form identifies regular inspection hours as Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. WCDOC states that ordinary contact-form inquiries are customarily answered in three to five business days, but a general inquiry is not a formal FOIL request.
